I’m sure people are lining up to let this alzheimer patient “borrow” their cellphone!  He forgot where he put his phone, forgot his password for VM, what do you think the odds are he’ll forget to give you the phone back before he leaves? 

Admit it girls, you always wanted a man who would BEG for Christmas presents for you…what a prize! Not to mention the fact, he didn’t specify if he wanted the item new or USED!

This wins the digusting post of the YEAR award.  I guess if she becomes a murder suspect the police could use it for epithelials or “hairs” left behind on the soap (been watching too much CSI lately! LOL!)  EEEEWwwwwwwww!!!

First, I sure hope nobody out in Freecycle-land happens to have “freshly” dead animals laying around their home.   Second, if they do have enough to share, how did those animals become “freshly” dead?  Third, where would you meet up with someone who has “freshly” dead animals, in the dark, alone, at an out of the way place?  And fourth, what kind of psychos wants REAL stuffed mice for Christmas?

There is a used furniture store in town. One day when I was in that store, the owner told me that she gets items from Freecycle and sells them in her store. She did not know that I am the group owner and one of the moderators. I did not tell her that I was, because I had no way of knowing which member she is (so that I could remove her from the group). And besides, she could have just joined again under a new e-mail address. 

I am telling you this because I want each member to know that, although we as moderators try to restrict members who are trying to make money off of you and your generosity, we can’t catch everyone.  Please be aware of members who respond to your every offer with “I’ll take it all!”. It may be that they don’t really want your items for themselves.

And if you do have a member who tries to sell you something that they offered, or that you requested in a “wanted”, please let the moderators know by e-mailing. We need to keep this group honest.

I love it that the owner of the freecycle group caught a woman “reselling” things she picked up from the group, does NOTHING, and then demands that we as a group be honest.  How honest was she in not just telling this person who she was?

Put MY name on the gift tag??  Why would I get a gift for a kid I don’t know when I have my own kids to buy for??  Who do you think we are, Santa Claus?  If we were you’d be getting coal in your stocking this year!!!

Wow!  Not only does she have a pretty long wishlist but she expects it delivered???  Extremely nervy when you realize that Henderson is OVER 100 miles from Memphis!!!  Nerviest! Person! Ever!!!!

Ewwww!  I’d hate to be their babysitter searching around for a snack.  ”Nothing good in this cabinet, nothing good in this drawer, nothing good in the fridge.  Man, don’t these people have anything worth eating?  Wait, let’s see what they have in the freezer.  Hmmm, what’s this, it’s looks familiar…..EEEEEEKKKKKKK!!!!

How romantic, he wants a snowblower for his wife who has a bad back.  Just a thought…if she can no longer shovel due to her physical condition, why on earth doesn’t HE do it?
